Stephen’s interest in osteopathy and the functioning of the human body stemmed from his keen interest and participation in sports, he has competed at county level in both hockey and cricket.  A passion for motorsport saw him work for a motor racing team, attending events at high profile national circuits.  He later conducted research in this area looking at the use, attitudes and awareness of osteopathy within motor racing.

Stephen graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Masters in Osteopathy.  He has also completed with distinction, a sport science course where he gained skills in treating sports injuries and utilising sports massage.  Stephen holds a pitchside sports first aid certificate, and regularly attends talks and lectures to keep himself up to date with modern research and treatment breakthroughs.

Stephen believes in finding balance in the body and its systems.  He does this by working closely with the patient so as to always tailor the treatment appropriately for the individual.  He is a highly skilled technician, utilising a variety of technique approaches to achieve successful outcomes. ​
